By accessing, downloading, installing, or using the Juune software, platform, or services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.
1. Definitions and Interpretation
"Company," "we," "us," or "our" refers to Juune and its affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives.
"Service" or "Platform" refers to the Juune cryptocurrency futures trading automation software, including all related applications, tools, APIs, documentation, and services provided by the Company.
"User," "you," or "your" refers to any individual or entity that accesses or uses the Service.
"Trading Signals" refers to information, recommendations, or instructions related to cryptocurrency trading that may be processed by the Service.
2. Service Description
Juune provides automated cryptocurrency futures trading software that connects to various signal sources and executes trades on supported exchanges. The Service includes:
- Signal processing and automation capabilities
- Risk management tools and position sizing
- Exchange connectivity and order execution
- Portfolio monitoring and analytics
- User interface and configuration tools
3. User Responsibilities
By using the Service, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information during registration
- Maintain the security of your account credentials

- Not attempt to reverse engineer or modify the Service

4. Risk Acknowledgment
Trading Risks
Cryptocurrency futures trading involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors. You may lose all or more than your initial investment.
Automated trading systems carry additional risks including technical failures, connectivity issues, and algorithmic errors.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
The Service, including all software, algorithms, designs, text, graphics, interfaces, and other content, is owned by the Company and protected by intellectual property laws.
Subject to these Terms, the Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your personal or business purposes.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use.
The Company's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with or without cause. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where the Company is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.
